Come to Calpe and stay at one of the many villas that we let. Let us take care of you, find the properties you are looking for and visit them with you. If you decide to buy through Calpe Casa SL, we will deduct the price of the holiday letting from the final price of the property*.

This way, you get to know both the area and the properties. You may visit them as many times as you feel the need to. In some cases, you may even be able to stay at the villa you are interested in. This can be done at any time of the year, though the prices of lettings vary throughout the year. Hopefully, this will make life easier for you.

*Depending on the final price of the property, different amounts are deducted:

- Nothing if the final price  is below €50.000.

- €400 if the final price is between €50.000 and €100.000

- €800 if the final price is between  €100.000 and €200.000

- €1.200 if the final price is between €200.000 and €300.000

- €1.600 if the final price is between €300.000 and €500.000

- €2.000 for any property above €500.000
